The City of Cape Town has facilitated and implemented five social housing projects in Cape Town, which will provide 1 960 new housing opportunities.

The money, which is earmarked for education, women development, co-operatives, sports, arts and culture amongst others, will be overseen by the Nelson Mandela Bay Motsepe Development Forum.
