A multibillion-rand 'mini city' could soon spring up just 32 kilometres from the Cape Town CBD. Six years in the planning, Wescape – the city’s biggest urban development project yet – is set to be built near Melkbosstrand on the city’s northwestern edge, connecting the suburb of Atlantis to the city.
