At the end of November last year, Minister of Environmental Affairs Edna Molewa approved the Redisa (Recycling and Economic Development Initiative of South Africa) Waste Tyre Management Plan for immediate implementation. This plan replaces the Redisa one that was suspended in terms of an interdict granted on 20 November 2012
