It’s that time of the year when a lot of us are making New Year’s Resolutions. More often than not, however, these resolutions fall through the cracks as the year advances. Applying the acronym SMARTERS (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely, Evaluated, Re-evaluated and Satisfactory) to our strategy can help us to achieve these goals.
